Carpaccio Salad of Radicchio di Verona PGI

Wash the radicchio carefully and cut into slices. Arrange them on a plate and dress with oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Sprinkle generously with thin shavings of grana padano, and decorate with a splash of balsamic vinegar.
