Chicken Roll Stuffed with Radicchio Lungo Precoce or Radicchio Tardivo

    100 gr Radicchio Lungo

    500gr chicken breast, cut open and flattened as a single piece

    50 gr scallions

    1/2 cup milk

    50 gr butter

Clean and slice the three vegetables. Sauté in a small amount of butter, add milk and cook until done. Adjust seasonings. Spread the filling out on the chicken breast and roll it up, then wrap in pastry. Brush with milk. Bake at 180° C (350° F) for approx. 40 min.
